As part of Project Gaia, our inititave to empower women and girls with diabetes in India, we had a workshop on an introduction to menstrual cups.

DiaBol - Diabetes Dialogues
DiaBol - Diabetes Dialogues is our interview series for super achievers living with diabetes. In episode 3 (part I), we chatted with model turned actor, Aishwarya Sakhuja. She's been a Miss India finalist, we know her as 'Toasty' from the very popular soap Saas Bina Sasural on Sony TV.
